The International School of Yoga and Movement 5 Elements (5 Elements) is a unique place in Poland where teachers and students come from all over the world. Studio offers yoga courses in India and training for yoga instructors, conducted in small groups of up to 8 people, which favours individual approach. Our teachers are members of international organizations, which ensures a high standard of teaching and diversity of yoga methods.
