Terms of Service

§1 General provisions

  1. The website szkolyjogi.pl (hereinafter: "Service") is a directory of yoga schools operating in Poland.
  2. The Service is administered by szkolyjogi.pl.
  3. Use of the Service is free of charge.

§2 Scope of services

  1. The Service provides information about yoga schools, including: names, addresses, pass prices, yoga styles, class schedules and contact details.
  2. Information presented in the Service is for informational purposes only and may not reflect the current state of a school's offer.
  3. The Service does not mediate class bookings or payments between users and yoga schools.

§3 Yoga school data

  1. Yoga school data is collected automatically from publicly available sources.
  2. A yoga studio owner can claim their school's profile by contacting the administrator at kontakt@szkolyjogi.pl.
  3. The administrator makes efforts to keep the presented data up to date, but does not guarantee its accuracy.

§4 Liability

  1. The administrator is not responsible for content posted by yoga schools that have claimed their profiles.
  2. The administrator is not responsible for decisions made based on information presented in the Service.
